Why diagnosis comes first

Gynecomastia can be fat only (pseudogynecomastia), glandular (true gynecomastia), or — most often — mixed. Liposuction alone removes fat but leaves the gland behind, which is the most common reason the chest "comes back". Dr. Nabil grades every case and removes the gland when present, combined with liposuction and chest contouring in the same session.

أسئلة شائعة

Can I know the cost before travelling?

Is it done under general anesthesia?

Most cases are done under local anesthesia with same-day discharge. General anesthesia is reserved for advanced cases or patient preference.

Will gynecomastia come back?

When the gland is fully removed, recurrence is rare. Major weight gain, steroids or certain medications can still affect the result.
